Beform jobber med ulike bransjer og produkter for forpliktelse til bærekraft gjennom hele verdikjeden. Vi investerer i internt resirkuleringsanlegg med toppmoderne utstyr. Etter kverning/maling og regenerering vil de mottatte produktene primært brukes på nytt til å produsere samme type produkter. Enten helt (100%) eller delvis (blandet med jomfrumateriale).
Ved å ha fokus på bruk av resirkulerte materialer vil vi ha en fordel når EU krever ca 40 % resirkulert materiale i nye produkter for de kommende årene.
Why a circular economy is important
Since thee industrial revolution, our world has been living in a linear economy. Where products and goods have been produces, used, and discarded with little to no thought given to the consequences and impact this has had on our envoronment.
The environment has suffered at our hands, with pollution and waste negatively impacting us and our planet alike. This needs to change, and BEFORM is doing its part by ensuring we work towards changing our production and energy comsuption to fita responsible and circular economy.
How we are making an impact
A circular economy calls for a new perspective on how we produce, use, and recycle products and raw materials. For this to work, we need to look at the materials we use in our production.
Making something new from recycled materials gives an old and discarded product a new life with renewed meaning. We combine this with sustainable raw materials, to make products that last longer, with less and cheaper maintanance, and that can be recycled.
