Composites and Thermosets

We collaborate with experienced specialists in the polymer and composite industries. Our partly owned company, Innofiber AS, possesses strong engineering expertise and offers services in the design and production of structures made from fiber-reinforced composite materials. 
 

Machining

For small volumes of robust components, machining can be the most suitable production method. This allows for the use of hard materials such as PEEK. Machining is also an effective solution for developing full-scale prototypes before finalizing the design and investing in molding tools.
 
 

Vacuum forming

For high-volume parts with simple shapes, vacuum forming is a suitable production method. This process uses heated sheets that are vacuum-drawn over a mold. It ensures the plastic is evenly distributed across the form.  
 

3D-print 

For prototyping or small series, we deliver 3D-printed parts for cost-effective testing of physical design. In our development department, we use both FDM and SLA techniques to ensure high quality and precision.
